Rental: We let you come in Friday evening for a rehearsal, you have the Town all day Saturday and to 1 pm Sunday for cleanup. This includes 5 bedrooms located upstairs in the Saloon. Cost is $2500.
A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are necessary to guarantee the rental for your Event date. Initial deposit of $700 is due at time of contracting with the balance due 45 days before your Event.
Insurance: You are required to have event insurance. You can provide your own or we can provide it for you. Please contact us for a quote.
Catering: We do not offer catering. Alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Cleaning Fee: You are required to clean and remove your trash after your event. If the facility is not cleaned and the trash is not removed you will be charged a $500 fee.
